Missouri CDS Attendant

CDS Attendants are not considered employees of Advantage Home Care and are instead employed directly by the consumer receiving the services. The consumer is responsible for managing their own care which includes supervising their own attendants. In most cases, CDS Attendants are hired to care for a family member or someone they know.

To provide care for your immediate family, you must be hired as a CDS Attendant. Please ensure that you select this position below.

If you are also interested in working with other clients as an In-Home Aide for Advantage Home Care, you may select that role as well. You are not allowed to work with immediate family members as an In-Home Aide.
